Pricing may vary based on transaction volume, cleanup needs, reporting complexity, entity structure, urgency, and service cadence. Any displayed pricing is a starting estimate unless a final written quote or agreement states otherwise. Payments are due according to the applicable invoice, checkout, or service agreement. Masdar City may pause work for overdue balances or incomplete onboarding requirements.

Our work may involve third-party tools such as accounting platforms, banks, payment processors, payroll systems, document systems, analytics providers, and communication tools. Your use of those services may be governed by their separate terms and policies. Masdar City is not responsible for outages, data errors, or actions of third-party platforms outside our control.

We understand that financial records and business information are sensitive. Masdar City will use reasonable care to protect confidential client information and use it only for legitimate service, operational, legal, or compliance purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masdar City will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.
